Audiophile fans in Singapore can now look forward to the year-end because MOOK Headphone Festival is back. After missing the Singapore circuit for a couple of years, it is good to see this piece of news on my timeline.
As seen on this screengrab, it has been a long time coming, where fans have access to all the different brands of headphones, custom earpiece, portable amplifiers among others, in one place. Sure, the Stereo shop at Plaza Singapura go some ways to provide some sense of satisfaction to be able to test the cans. The festival remains the best platform for try-outs. There will be subject matter experts that you can ask to your hearts’ content – and of course, great deals to follow.
The M00K Headphone Festival will feature a selection of 55 Audio brands products by Sony, Shure, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, JayBird, Final Audio, AKG, Mas-kobo and Beyerdynamic and many more. Special guest appearances for the show includes John Franks from Chord, Mr. Sasaki a very reputable Head-Fi Blogger from Japan.
This is the one show where you have to bring your own music player and reference songs. I believed that a headphone is judged by how the listener perceives it. Whether you are looking at true audio reproductions, clarified undertones or crispy bass, Mook Headphone Festival has them.
