RE: Unauthorised G-SHOCK Facebook Page Selling G-SHOCK and BABY-G Watches in Singapore
This is to inform that the Facebook Page “G-Shock Premium Outlet” is not an official site of Casio G-Shock and we will not be able to ascertain the origin of its claims.
Casio Singapore would like to caution its consumers in Singapore of the risk of counterfeit products or items offered by unauthorised retailers and online merchants.
Rakuten Singapore (www.rakuten.com.sg) is Casio’s only authorised online merchant in Singapore.
Casio Singapore reserves all rights to pursue legal actions against any unauthorised use of the Casio brand logo, trademark and trade-dress.
Casio’s policy on authorised, genuine products:
. All Casio-branded products purchased via authorised retailers would include a local one (1) year warranty.
. The authorised retailer(s) are required to affix their company or outlet stamp on the official warranty card for the warranty to be considered valid
. Customers will be required to present a proof of purchase, such as the official and original receipt of purchase, along with a valid and official local warranty at the Casio Singapore Customer Service Centre in order for the timepiece to be maintained and repaired.
. Customers with the official warranty card but without an official and original receipt of purchase will have to pay for any services rendered or replacement parts required
