Microsoft just launched Surface Pro which is set to go on sale from June 15th, 2017, in 25 markets including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Based on a pre-production Intel Core i5, 256GB, 8 GB RAM device, the Surface Pro had a full battery discharge during video playback, as part of the battery longevity test. All settings were default except for Wi-Fi which was associated with a network and Auto-Brightness disabled. The test was successfully timed to last 13.5 hours on a single charge!
The corporate vice president of Microsoft Devices, Panos Panay said that, “With Surface Pro we created a new category and challenged the status quo of the laptop, with every release since we have continued to push boundaries — redefining the ultimate laptop with Surface Book and making the classic laptop feel fresh again with Surface Laptop. With the introduction of the new Surface Pro, we are once again advancing the category by delivering the versatility of a powerhouse laptop and a mobile creative studio in one thin, lightweight device.”

Each comes in rich tone-on-tone colors to match your personal style: Platinum, Burgundy and Cobalt Blue.
